Cancellation Polices

All reservations are subject to one of the following: 

1. Reservations made more than three (3) weeks from arrival date
Cancellations received more than three (3) weeks prior to you arrival, a processing fee of $25 dollars will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded.


2. Reservations made less than three (3) weeks prior to arrival
Reservations that are less than our normal three (3) weeks cancellation policy will have twenty-four (24) hours in which to cancel from the time your reservation was made. A processing fee of $25 dollars will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded.


3. Reservations (not Cancellations) made within twenty-four (24) hours of your arrival
If you cancel by 6:00 pm the day prior to your arrival date, a processing fee of $25 will be deducted from your deposits and the balance returned to you.


4. Cancellations received after the allotted time has passed on any of the above
Your entire reservation must be re-booked by another party before any refund can be made. Any refund will still incur the $25 processing fee.

There are no refunds for early departures or unused portions of stay.

Hurricane Season

Should Key Largo be under an evacuation notice any reservations can be re-booked with no penalty or a total refund will be made.

Reservation hours: 9:00 am until 8:00 pm

All rates are based on double occupancy.

We recognize as a child anyone 9 years of age or younger
First child stays free, each additional child $10 + tax
Each extra person 10 yrs of age or over, $15 + tax
Rates are based on double occupancy (2 people) and are subject to change without notice.

Minimum stays required on all weekends, holidays*, and special events.
*Seven (7) day minimum stay is required for Christmas/New Years Holidays.
However, please feel free to check for open time slots during any time of the year.

One (1) day reservation is to be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
Reservations of two (2) days or more require a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount, with the balance due upon arrival.

Sorry no pets, jet skis or no UN-registered guest are allowed.

All rooms are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are provided on the grounds at Rock Reef Resort. A $500.00 Maintenance fee will be charged to your credit card where smoking has been detected in a room. 

Radios, music players or other such devices may only be used with a headset and must not disturb others. NO SPEAKERS ARE ALLOWED.

Quite time - Sunday to Thursday 10 PM to 8 AM and Friday and Saturday 11 PM to 8 AM.
